Veggie Cups with Ranch Dressing

These are a cute snack to any holiday and I even make these for my kids parties at school. Individual snacks so all the kids are not touching everything. Love that idea! Its such a great healthy snack. I even make these for lunch for my kids when they are home for school along with a sandwich. Its make lunch more enjoyable for them to the the colorful vegetables.

  • 1 (14 oz.) container MarzettiĀ® Ranch Veggie Dip
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 1 pound whole carrots, peeled
  • 2 yellow peppers or 2 red peppers
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 16 clear individual serving cups (1/3 cup size)
Instructions
  1. Clean, peel and cut the celery, carrots, cucumbers into same sizes.
  2. Place tomatoes on a toothpick.
  3. Place a spoonful of ranch dip on the bottom of a clear cup or shotglass size cup. Arrange 4 carrot sticks, 3 celery sticks, 3 pepper strips, 2 cucumbers and 3 skewered grape tomatoes in the cup. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
