Spinach Balls

Yields: 10 Servings Difficulty: Easy

These Spinach Balls are a holiday staple at my house. My mother-in-law makes this recipe for our family. Everyone looks forward to it. Its also a great appetizer to bring with you to a party as its so easy to keep and you can either heat it up quick or serve it at room temperature. Spinach Balls can be served for any occasion or holiday but the spinach makes it festive for St. Patrick’s Day parties or to serve on Christmas.
