Mango Salsa
Mango salsa is an easy appetizer that is great to bring to any barbecue especially on Memorial Day. Sweet and tangy this recipe is a great option. My daughters love mangos. They are in season during the summer months so this is the perfect appetizer to make during the summer holidays and parties.

(peeled and diced)

(for sweetness - also diced)

(seeded and diced)

fresh cilantro
(finelychopped)

Instructions

Dice all your ingredients. The size of your dice is totally up to you. You can either make it chunky or finely-chopped.

Toss everything together in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.

Feel free to add in some salt and pepper here, or also add in extra lime juice or cilantro if desired.
Serve: Then dive in! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
