Mango Salsa

Mango salsa is an easy appetizer that is great to bring to any barbecue especially on Memorial Day. Sweet and tangy this recipe is a great option. My daughters love mangos. They are in season during the summer months so this is the perfect appetizer to make during the summer holidays and parties.

  • 2 Fresh Mangos (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (peeled and diced)
  • red pepper (for sweetness - also diced)
  • 1 JalapeƱo (seeded and diced)
  • fresh cilantro (finelychopped)
  • fresh lime
Instructions
  1. Dice all your ingredients. The size of your dice is totally up to you. You can either make it chunky or finely-chopped.
  2. Toss everything together in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
  3. Feel free to add in some salt and pepper here, or also add in extra lime juice or cilantro if desired. Serve: Then dive in! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
