Classic Deviled Eggs
These classic, deviled eggs are an easy appetizer to serve every holiday or event. Plus, an easy tip and shortcut for perfect hard-boiled eggs every time! You can make hard-boiled eggs in your oven? Did you know that? Yes, you can.
I still use the traditional way of boiling eggs but if you're boiling a lot of eggs at one time this is great! My kids love hard boiled eggs, so I make then all the time. Just get a muffin pan and place the eggs in the pan. Turn your oven to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

Dijon mustard

Finely chopped chives for garnish

paprika, for garnish
Instructions

Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Set pan over medium-high heat and bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, cover pan with a lid, and let sit for 11 minutes. Drain, rinse eggs under cold water, and peel.

Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard to bowl, then mash yolks with the back of a fork and stir until mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon mixture into each egg. Garnish with chives and paprika and serve.
