Artichoke Spinach Dip

Spinach and Artichoke Dip is not only easy, but it’s one of the best baked dips I’ve made! It’s always a huge hit! I use Tostitos or fresh veggies to go along with it.

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach ((thawed and drained))
  • 2 - 14 oz Cans of Artichoke Hearts ((chopped and drained))
  • 1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp Italian Bread Crumbs
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Squeeze all water out of the spinach and place spinach in a mixing bowl.

  3. Step 2: Drain artichokes and chop and add to the bowl of spinach.
  4. Step 3: Add the cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice to the bowl and mix together with spinach and artichokes.
  5. Step 4: Place in a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Step 5: Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
