You can buy the clams whole and shuck them yourself  or a helpful tip is to ask a worker at the fish market to do it for you. It may cost more money for them to do it for you but its worth it if you are short on time.

A basic caprese salad is just fresh mozzarella cheese, ripe tomatoes and fresh basil leaves with a little balsamic glaze and olive oil. If you are heading to a party, this appetizer is so easy and so beautiful!
